Broiled wild caught salmon marinated in pure maple syrup and soy, encrusted with cracked black pepper.

Fresh boneless breast of chicken, accompanied by woodland mushrooms, dried cherries, and a light cream sauce.

Roasted butternut squash, grilled zucchini, sautéed spinach with mushrooms and onions,
layered and topped with fresh mozzarella and buttered bread crumbs.
A cash bar will be available before dinner
